When I called home from vacation to see how the kids were doing, my daughter said to me, "The boys are playing x-box nicely. They aren't whining or anything." Funny how she knows what I'm wondering before I even ask. Must be a girl thing.

Yeh, it's a girl thing. If I call home and get Sarah's report, it goes something like this:
"Yes, Joel had a hot dog and mac 'n cheese for lunch. I'm reading to him. The boys are on XBox of course...no, they haven't done chores yet...I've tried to tell 'em, Mom, they won't listen...okay...love you, too, bye."
However, here's a boy's report:
Fine. Joel? He tried to take my chips... I'm not sure where he is. .. I didn't hear the phone ring, I dunno...what chores?...Sarah thinks she's the boss...uh huh...bye.'
