Joshua's first poem
Snow Day
It was pouring down snow
When I bumped my toe.
And my mom made cookies
With the dough.
Then I got dressed
In my green winter vest
Snow ball battles
Are the best.
It was pouring down snow
When I bumped my toe.
And my mom made cookies
With the dough.
Then I got dressed
In my green winter vest
Snow ball battles
Are the best.

Pouring down snow, huh? Wow! Snow ball battles and mom's cookies; can't beat that for winter fun!
Good poem!

I love when you and your cousins come to my house and play in the snow in my back yard. Keep writing. I love you!

Josh - loved your imagery with the "pouring down snow". Great way to look at a familiar experience and reword it! Love you so much buddy!!!
